Hampton North was founded by Stuart Mitchell, who brings over a decade of global technical recruiting expertise.
Stuart has played a key hand in some of the US’s most critical cyber security hires, placing some of the most well-known executives into Financial Services Companies, Retail Brands and Tech Giants alike. He has also single-handedly build cyber security programs from 0-20+ on multiple occasions, including one of these scale-ups in under an 8-week time frame.
Having built and scaled technical recruitment businesses in the past, Stuart founded Hampton North to build the most trusted cyber security recruitment company within the United States.
Ruby started her recruiting career in the summer of 2021, making a flying start with 70+ placements in a 2-year period.
After obtaining her Bachelor’s in Communications top of class, she obtained her Masters in Organizational Strategy and Crisis from the University of Southern California. During this transition, she started at a large agency and found her stride in niche roles. Ruby has been successful across industries like defense, SaaS, streaming TV, e-commerce, gaming, and fintech, with unique skillsets like Unity Development, Information Security, Machine Learning, DevOps, and even VP or C-suites. Nevertheless, her core focus still revolves around engineering within security ecosystems.

Ross Gisondi is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in the field of cyber recruitment. With a track record of excellence, Ross has consistently delivered top-tier talent to an industry-agnostic client base, including sectors such as banking, financial services, fin-tech, SaaS, utilities, and professional services.
Ross specializes in recruiting security executives and advanced practitioners across all cybersecurity verticals, such as cyber defense, research, offensive, application, and cloud security, governance and go-to-market roles. His expertise extends to placing with USA and foreign-based companies seeking to establish a cyber security presence in the USA market. Some of his more recent projects include staffing SOC buildouts, first CISO hires, and impactful leaders and consultants to build services practices for growing organizations. Greg brings 15 years of international recruitment experience across the US, UK, and Middle East, with a focus on placing top-tier talent in cybersecurity, risk, and Go-To-Market roles.
He’s built his career on a deep understanding of people, not just job titles or resumes and takes pride in being a long-term partner to both clients and candidates. For Greg, recruitment is about building genuine relationships, not just making placements.
In addition to his hands-on search work, he’s led high-performing teams, mentored consultants, and scaled delivery functions in fast-paced environments. He’s equally passionate about developing internal talent as he is about solving external hiring challenges.

Aimee began her recruitment career in the UK in 2020, specializing in hiring Software Engineers. In 2023, she relocated to the US, shifting her focus to Data and Machine Learning talent acquisition. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping startups build exceptional engineering teams with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity ecosystems.
Passionate about the crucial role a strong core engineering team plays—especially in startups—Aimee thrives on identifying top-tier talent that aligns both technically and culturally. Beyond recruitment, she is a strong advocate for Women in Tech. As the host of a podcast and mini-series, she leverages her diverse network to spotlight key industry topics.

Since building his first PC from scrap parts in 2003, Vas has made a habit of hanging out with people who like to build things, turning it into a career. He’s been tech recruiting for a decade, delivering 400+ technical placements for clients in defense, financial services, e-commerce, SaaS, and consulting industries.
Vas has hired for software development, cybersecurity, data & machine learning, infrastructure, and other engineering domains, gaining a deep understanding of what motivates great people, and how a great match feels like. As an avid builder, Vas enjoys diving deep into the technical aspects of every role and is usually the most “technical” recruiter around.
For four years Vas led a federal recruiting practice, delivering critical engineering and leadership hires for clients supporting the US Secret Service, DARPA, DISA, OSD, and other mission-critical organizations. He’s helped organizations ranging from large primes to up-and-coming SDVOBs find the talent they need by combining startup hiring experience, OSINT sourcing, and knowledge of the federal landscape.
With over a decade of recruiting experience, Mike has closed nearly 100 executive searches and over 200 searches at the individual contributor and first-line leadership levels, all exclusively focused on Go-To-Market hires. Working primarily with cybersecurity startups, Mike is partnering with companies at Seed to Series A stages as they establish or scale their commercial footprint. Many are international, making their first strategic hires in the US.
Past clients include established market leaders such as Rapid7, HackerOne, and Delinea. However, the majority of his work centers on early-stage innovators, among them Sentra, Aliro Quantum, and Picus Security.
Prior to joining Hampton North, Mike led the sales recruitment division for Michael Page in New York. He also served as a Principal in the Go-To-Market and Cybersecurity practices at True Search, before running his own firm, Chiave Talent, where he also specialized in GTM hiring for cybersecurity startups.
Jake Voeller is a dedicated Cybersecurity Recruiter connecting top engineers with a wide range of industries and impacts–anything from startup to enterprise.
In his first year, he broke into nine new companies building strong relationships the executives that have stuck with him in all stages of their hiring needs. Not to mention, Jake has remained the exclusive hiring partner for a risk organization within one of the largest financial services companies in the country. He has successfully partnered with others within SaaS, consulting, and security providers, helping them build out strong, effective security teams in a competitive and ever-evolving market.
